She is also well versed in Profit and Loss and Management Information preparation, and she excels particularly in crisis management.

Throughout her career to date she has earned recognition as a key leader of pivotal organisations and gained a wealth of oil and gas sector exposure. She has achieved widespread success in Change Management and Process development including mentoring and development of personnel, and improvement and development planning.

She is a talented board level individual who thrives on a global basis, who is capable of successfully communicating and working with many different cultures, and who would significantly enhance any forward-thinking organisation. With a vast array of transferable skills, she now brings the experience of a successful career and extensive business knowledge to a consultancy role.


Allan Cameron


Allan's main focus is developing business relationships, new products and global markets. He has  extensive experience of negotiating bespoke engineering solutions with global companies involving design, installation, commissioning and ongoing maintenance . He has a an excellent ability to engage with engineers and demonstrate an understanding of their particular requirements .

He has been involved in the oil industry since 1978 when he joined a drilling company as a roustabout. He subsequently worked as driller and gained valuable knowledge in both exploration and production. He became involved in  safety in 1998, working both on- and offshore worldwide, and developed various training programmes .

He has had articles published in Energy Global, Petroleum Review, Hydrocarbon Engineering, Decommissioning News and Oilfield Technology.
